Membership Information
There are three types of memberships available at the Monadnock Indoor Tennis Club.
Stockholder
$500 Per Year
Stockholder memberships are currently available. Purchase price for the stock, see current ranges below (see explanation below) with annual dues of $500. This allows family members unlimited playtime and one voting right per membership for voting on club practices and policies. Stock ownership also allows the member to serve on the MITC Board of Directors.
Family
$1,250 Per Year
Family memberships are available at a rate of $1,250. for annual dues. Allows for unlimited playtime, but no rights for voting on club practices and policies.
Single-Player
$1,000 Per Year
Single-player memberships are available at a rate of $1,000. for annual dues. Allows for unlimited playtime, but no rights for voting on club practices and policies.

Why are shares priced differently?
When you decide to purchase a share in the club, you will buy your share directly from a former member who is interested in selling their share. (It is not a new issue of stock.) Since 1967, shares have been priced with different values based on economic conditions at the time as well as what each stockholder wishes to price their share at. The board will help to facilitate this transaction--it's easy.
