Rick Passero

Rick Passero moved to the Monadnock Region from Sebastopol California where he was the director and head teaching pro for the Sebastopol Tennis Community. Rick has led men's and women’s USTA adult league teams to multiple league titles for the past 24 years. Having success as an adult league player and now coach, Rick brings a positive approach to his teaching style.

Rick was also a coach for the boys and girls Analy High School tennis teams in Sebastopol for 21 years. His teams have won multiple league championships while sending many of his players on to collegiate careers. Rick was voted 2015 Northern California Sectional coach of the year.

Message from Rick:

My core tennis-playing theory is you have to play with intent and purpose. Know what you are going to do with each shot!

There are high percentage shots to take no matter what the circumstances are. The smart shot leads to consistency, the consistency leads to confidence, the confidence leads to solid play and much more self-satisfaction and fun! Do you do that? You will win more than you lose! And everyone likes that!
